Chili Lime Prawns

We love these spicy little prawns and usually skewer them so we can just throw them on the BBQ!  I have served them as an appetizer with an Avocado Lime Yogurt Dip or tonight we just served on a salad.   Quick, tasty and easy. 

In a bowl mix together

  • Couple gloves garlic
  • 1-3 drops Lime Oil
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Dump in peeled prawns and stir until coated, the skewer prawns and BBQ until cooked

If you want to try a dip with them, here is an easy and refreshing one:

  • Glove garlic
  • Drop or two of lime
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 pitted avocado

Mix all above ingredients in a food processor until desired consistancy is reached.
